-Returns & Rufunds Policy

We take pride in everything we do as well as every product we sell. Our staff are trained to allow the customer to make their purchasing decisions based off the recommendations and knowledge we provide. Therefore, the customer always makes the final decision and is never forced into a purchase they are not committed to. Knowing this, we have rarely had a use for returns or refunds, but for your piece of mind please see below in regards to our policy.
All Sales are final. We do not provide a trial period with money back guarantee.
If you have purchased a product and wish to exchange or refund it, we can do that provided that it has been within 14 days of receipt and is still in its original packaging – brand new.

-Eliquids & Ejuices

We do not cover any returns or refunds on liquids, sealed or unsealed due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure you have used our tester samples before purchasing the juice.

-Drip Tips

-Tanks

If the Tank or Atomiser has been used; we will not provide a return or exchange. If you have broken the glass on the tank, please check the original packaging as there tends to be a spare glass inside. We also have spare glasses for sale in the accessories section of our products page.

-Vape Devices

All electrical devices come with a Smokium 3 month warranty. If the product is faulty due to manufacturer error, we will provide a like for like exchange of the product. If we are out of stock on the product, we may offer an alternative or store credit which is down to the staff’s discretion. All devices will be inspected by a member of staff to ensure there is no foul play involved. If the item you wish to return or exchange has been evidently damaged such as dents and cracks due to clumsiness, we will not provide the exchange or refund.
All returns and refunds must be accompanied with a purchase receipt from Smokium. These are usually via email or text, which is sent upon request after the original purchase.
Please note: Any refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to process.
